1 bottle -Grimsby Hillside Vineyard Riesling - The nose explodes with beautiful lime-leaf, green apple, peach, cumin, and honeysuckle aromas. Those flavours continue on the palate while adding honeycomb, cinnamon, white lilac and the distinctive stony minerality of the Lincoln Lakeshore.
1 bottle - Grimsby Hillside Vineyard Chardonnay- Bright lemon curd is balanced perfectly with wet-stone, gunflint and wisps of meringue. The palate is perfectly balanced, matching the nose while adding grilled Niagara peach and orange-blossom.
1 bottle - Senchuk Vineyard Chardonnay - Aromas of wet-stone, apple blossoms, toasted almond, spice and honeysuckle. The palate demonstrates the complexity that is hinted at on the nose, with lemon tart, peach and pineapple followed by hazelnut, sea salt, hints of crème-fraiche.
1 bottle - Hemeris Vineyard Pinot Noir - The nose mixes pomegranate, black cheery, candy-cane beets, earth and cola, with smoked meat. On the palate the wine unfolds showing intense black cherry, leather saddle, beet root, roast drippings backed by tobacco.
1 bottle - Grimsby Hillside Vineyard Pinot Noir - Going back and forth between fruit and non-fruit, first showing black cherry and moss, then raspberry and candy-cane beets. The palate unfolds slowly revealing cherry-kirsch, blackberry, wild-mushroom and beet root, backed by oregano, sweet-basil, smoked-sausage and bramble
1 bottle - Grimsby Hillside Vineyard Cabernet Franc - Raspberry, strawberry and blackberry immediately appear along with cigar-box and cocoa. The palate shows lovely balance with blueberry appearing along with cassis and blackberry playing off leather, tobacco and smoked-sausage.
